  Low-Cost Clinics

At Belsize Health we consider ourselves to be a community health centre and as such we aim to give as many people access to complementary care as possible. Since complementary medicine is not routinely available on the NHS we have a selection of therapies available to those on low incomes who would not otherwise be able to afford any treatment

There are no strict criteria as we rely on people's honesty about their situation. As a guide it can apply to those who are entitled to any state benefits or tax credits, full-time students and those who have low wages.

Please click on a link on the left for more information about our practitioners available for low-cost treatments

Treatments are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday depending on the availability of the therapists. Please contact us to make an appointment or for any further information.

THOMAS MAULE
BSc hons in Podiatry

Podiatry is the word used to describe the branch of medicine concerned with the lower limb, particularly the foot and ankle. Podiatrists are able to diagnose, treat and prevent foot problems using chemical physical, mechanical and surgical therapies. State registered podiatrists have to complete a three or four year full time undergraduate course, which leads to a BSc (Honours) degree in podiatry. Podiatry can treat, Biomechanical problems such as flat feet and arch pain, nail problems such as fungal infections and verrucae. Nail surgery can also be performed if necessary.

Tom graduated from the Northampton School of Podiatry in 2001, he is also a member of the Health Professions Council and a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.  These qualifications and affiliations enable him to work for the NHS and privately as a state registered podiatrist.
